📦 Where We Ship From

• All orders ship from Florida, USA
• We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and Canada (Import, Duty or tax fees will be collected by your local mail carrier.)
• We do not ship directly to other countries—please use a mail forwarder like MyUS.com

⏱ Handling & Delivery Times

• Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri), unless during Pre-Order periods.
• Transit Estimates:
  • USA: U.S.P.S. Ground Advantage 2–7 days
  • CANADA: USPS to Canada Post 15-17 days. UPS Standard Shipping 7-10 days.

Note: Transit times are estimates provided by USPS and UPS.

🕵️ Tracking & Delays

• Delivery starts when USPS/UPS scans your package as “Accepted,” not when the label is printed
• If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ days, we’ll help by contact the carrier
• We’re not responsible for delays caused by mail carriers or customs inspections (Canada bound) which may take up to 30 days.

• If USPS marks your package as “Delivered,” we cannot file a missing package claim. Please contact your local mail carrier for help.
