📦 Order Origin & Destinations
- Origin: All orders ship directly from Florida, USA.
- United States: We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.
- Canada: We ship via USPS (delivered by Canada Post) or UPS Standard. Please note: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and will be collected by your local mail carrier upon delivery.
- International: We do not ship directly to other countries at this time. International customers are welcome to use a mail forwarding service (such as MyUS.com).
⏱ Handling & Transit Times
- Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding pre-order periods.
- USA Estimates: USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 2–7 business days.
- Canada Estimates: USPS to Canada Post takes 15–17 business days. UPS Standard Shipping takes 7–10 business days.

🕵 Tracking & Carrier Delays
- Tracking Activation: Official tracking begins when the carrier scans your package as "Accepted," not when the shipping label is generated.
- Delayed Shipments: If your tracking status has not updated for 7+ consecutive days, please contact us so we can initiate an inquiry with the carrier.
- Customs & Delays: Sly Brackets LLC is not responsible for transit delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs inspections (Canadian customs clearances can occasionally take up to 30 days).
- Delivered Status: If a carrier marks a package as "Delivered," we are unable to file a missing package claim on our end. Please contact your local post office or carrier branch directly for assistance.
