100% FIT GUARANTEE
Before shipping we will double check for compatibility by performing a thorough research to make sure that the bracket purchased is compatible with the customer’s vehicle based on the vehicle information provided when the order was placed.

Our 100% FIT GUARANTEE ensures that if the license plate bracket does NOT mount we will provide a paid return shipping label to ship back the bracket (U.S. only). Then the original purchase including shipping and handling will be FULLY refunded after the bracket is returned. A photo or video will be REQUIRED to prove that the bracket could NOT be mounted.
We would NOT ship unless we are 100% sure the bracket will fit. This will prevent shipping costs and disappointments.

If we determined that the bracket ordered is NOT COMPATIBLE with the vehicle, instead of just shipping the item, we will notify the customer and proceed with the cancellation. A REFUND/CANCELATION FEE OF $5 PER BRACKET WILL BE APPLIED (Pass-through Bank fee). IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO VERIFY COMPATIBILITY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

NOT COVERED BY THE 100% FIT GUARANTEE:
We will not be responsible for failed fitments due to unforeseen features that are not related to the size, type and style of the vehicle’s LOWER GRILLE.  Not knowing how to install or mount a bracket is NOT COVERED by our FIT GUARANTEE.  Bracket parts that are damaged or found defective during installation are replaceable and will not be considered as a non-compatible bracket.

Unforeseen features that may prevent successful fitments:
1. PARKING SENSORS AND DRIVE ASSISTS:
Most parking or drive sensors are located in the bumper and not on the grille. If a sensor or camera is located in the center of the lower grille the only location to mount the bracket would be to the left or right side of the center sensor (Cruise Control Sensor). Our bracket would be NOT COMPATIBLE If there are multiple sensors located in the grille itself.

2. COOLING SYSTEM:
It is very rare that having a license plate mounted onto the LOWER GRILLE affects the radiator. Our license plate brackets include spacers and extenders to move the plate farther from the grille to prevent grille blockage. Although we have never known of any incident regarding cooling system interference it is advisable to relocate the bracket and plate off-center if any overheating sign is detected. The license plate holder is vertically adjustable. The plate can be positioned so that the top half is on the bumper and only the bottom half is in front of the grille.

3. ACTIVE SHUTTERS (CUSTOM MOUNT AVAILABLE):
Some vehicles are equipped with ACTIVE GRILLE SHUTTERS between the LOWER grille and radiator. This could minimize the space needed behind the lower grille. We highly recommend checking for ACTIVE GRILLE SHUTTERS. Please use this Measuring Guide and provide the measurements when placing the order. If unable to measure, check our SUCCESSFUL FITMENTS LIST to see if your vehicle is listed or INQUIRE. We MAY already have the measurements.  See Active Grille Shutters Measuring Guide below.

4. AFTER MARKET GRILLES:
After Market grilles would not have the same dimensions as stock grilles. When orders are placed we would research the vehicle’s grille based on stock grilles. It is highly recommended to disclose this information if the grille is After Market.

5. SLANTED, SLOPED, ANGLED GRILLE: (Our LEVELER IS NOW AVAILABLE AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
When installed the license plate holder and plate will be parallel to the same angle as the grille is facing. If the mesh or horizontal slats grille is slanted or angled down the bracket and license plate would be also.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PARTS:  Brackets that are damaged or defective do not qualify as “NOT COMPATIBLE”.  Therefore, it will not be covered by out 100% Fit Guarantee policy.  Defective parts are covered and replaced by our 1-year Limited Warranty. 

IF BUYER INSISTS THAT WE SHIP A BRACKET THAT IS “NOT COMPATIBLE” THE FIT GUARANTEE WOULD BE VOIDED. THE BRACKET CAN BE RETURNED BUT SHIPPED OUT WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.  THE BUYER PAYS FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS AND A $25 RESTOCKING FEE PER BRACKET.  THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING WOULD NOT BE REFUNDED.  A REFUND/CANCELATION FEE OF $5 PER BRACKET WILL BE APPLIED (Pass-through Bank fee). 

14-DAY RETURN POLICY:
Brackets and other purchased items can only be returned within 14 days after date of delivery. No exceptions.
OPTION 1: THE BRACKET FITS (COMPATIBLE). The bracket fit but it just needs to be returned for any reason. The item(s) can be shipped back at buyer’s cost. Original Shipping and Handling Fees are not refunded. Return Tracking Number may be required. $25 Restocking Fee per bracket applies.
OPTION 2: THE BRACKET DID NOT FIT (NOT COMPATIBLE). Proof is required.  Our 100% FIT GUARANTEE applies (Valid only during the 14-day Return Period).

DEFECTIVE PARTS: Parts defects under normal use are covered under 1 year warranty. Any defective part will be replaced and does not qualify the bracket as being “NOT COMPATIBLE.”

Returns must be shipped within 14-days from the date of delivery. No exceptions.  Restocking Fee of $25 per bracket will apply.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return to Sender:  Items will be refunded.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

DEFECTIVE PARTS:   Defective parts under normal use are covered under a 1-year Warranty.  Intentional or unintentional damage to parts will not be covered.  Defective parts are required to be shipped back to Sly Brackets LLC to be replaced. Damaged to parts during installation are not considered defects and will not be covered by the warranty. Customers must agree to ship back defective parts, within 14 days, after receiving a replacement part.  Any unreturned parts will be billed to the customer.  Damaged or defective bracket or parts do not qualify a bracket as “NOT COMPATIBLE”.  Therefore, it would not be covered by out 100% Fit Guarantee Policy.  

Examples of a defective part:  License plate holder not threaded for screws.

Example of what is not covered by warranty:  Stripped threaded holes (considered misuse).

REFUND/CANCELATION FEE:
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO VERIFY COMPATIBILITY, INQUIRE OR CHECKING OUR SUCCESSFUL FITMENTS LIST BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

Examples:
1.  BUYER ORDERS A BRACKET FOR A VEHICLE THAT IS LISTED “NOT COMPATIBLE” ON OUR SUCCESSFUL FITMENTS LIST.  A $5 FEE PER VEHICLE APPLIES.
-Vehicle is already listed “NOT COMPATIBLE” on the SUCCESFUL FITMENTS LIST but an order was still made. (VERY COMMON)
-Our research shows no available mounting spot due to multiple sensors in grille or bumper.
-Customer did not take the time to review the bracket’s GRILLE REQUIREMENTS nor Contact Us to verify compatibility.

2.  BUYER PLACES AN ORDER FOR A COMPATIBLE BRACKET AND DECIDES TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON.
-Cancelling an order is NO PROBLEM.  No Cancellation Fee Applies for order less than $250.  HOWEVER, WE WILL CHARGE 3% REFUND/CANCELLATION FEES FOR ORDERS TOTALLING $250 AND ABOVE.

EXCHANGES:  Exchanges are only allowed during the 14-day return period.  Items being returned must not be damaged and are in resalable condition.  Customers pay for price difference and all shipping costs involved. Example:  Buyer wants to exchange the 2-screw plate holder (Riser section only) for a 4-screw plate holder (Riser section only) OPTION 1:  Order the 4-screw Riser for $24.99 (retail value) plus shipping.  Ship back the 2-screw Riser.  When the 2-screw Riser is received $15 will be refunded which then equal to the original upgrade price of $9.99 offered when the bracket was being purchased.  OPTION 2:  Return the 2-screw Riser within 14 days.  When it returns to Sly Brackets, we will provide a link for the 4-screw Riser to pay the $9.99 upgrade price originally offered when purchasing the bracket plus shipping.  

WE RESERVED THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS WHEN:
1. We believe that the ordered bracket is NOT compatible with the vehicle;
2. Requested additional grille information needed to verify compatibility is not provided;
3. Shipping can not be processed due to invalid order information (names, shipping address, etc.);
4. Change of address: The only way to change an address is to cancel and redo the order.
5. A customer demands to apply fake third party generated discount coupons before or after purchase.
